Refurb Progress Report 08/12/04

There have been no objections to our planning application so we should hopefully get approval next week. Building regulations drawings have been submitted to the council and approval for those drawings which will allow us to start the refurbishment works. We have met the Environment Agency to seek approval to cross the Brook (which is actually classed as a river!) with the water and electric supply. Quotes have been received for both these services and the orders are ready to place. Finally, for now, we have got some more quotes for the 18000 litre cess pool and await approval to install that. Other than taht we have been busy getting quotes and pledges for the building materials we will need once we start.
